Customer Success Specialist

Ads Interactive is Hungary's leading advertising agency. We are seeking to add a talented and innovative Customer Success Specialist to our growing team. As the point of contact for new and existing clients, you will contribute to build long lasting relationships to help them achieve their business’s goals. Working closely with our teams and departments, you will oversee multiple digital advertising technology, knowledge and insight.


Job description

A customer success specialist develops and maintains long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison related to Client’s digital product, mainly website. Typically a “people person,” by nature, who has a hybrid of soft and hard skills, required to master digital ad technology and manage customer relationships. These professionals are driven to uncover the root cause of a problem, quickly analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informative recommendations to support the client's digital wellbeing. The best customer success specialists demonstrate superb communication, organization, and time management skills, and are able to effectively handle a number of diverse and complex problems at the same time.

Objectives of this Role

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
• Communicate effectively with publishers to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate development ideas
• Regularly report clients' digital performance
• Prepare recommendations for clients for digital marketing in ad spaces
• Analyze opportunities for optimizations, and suggest changes in ad display for client success

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management or customer success
• Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
• Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust to priorities
• Creative problem-solver that can envision and articulate solutions to complex customer problems and issues
• Working experience of the Internet and web-based applications
• Excellent command of English

• Basic webdeveloper skills
• Technical support experience
